RIMDrill Family Overview

RIMDrill is an application designed for drilling contracting companies who are looking for the power of a drilling information system with the capability to generate an electronic version of the widely used IADC Daily Drilling Report.

A broad range of rig and operational data, including tour data for the IADC report, is entered into the database at the wellsite. At the end of the operations day a Daily Drilling Report can be printed using the officially approved IADC format and all entered data can be sent to a central database in the office using the built in communications module. A selection of reports and graphs provides office users with tools to improve operational awareness and assist in engineering analyses.

The latest version includes options to measure various key performance characteristics of the drilling process. These can be reviewed on a job by job basis or results can be compared between multiple rigs.
